Emerald Downs: Good Luck, Atta Boy Roy!
On Saturday Atta Boy Roy will become the 6th Washington-bred horse to start in a Breeders' Cup race.
Another Sprint contender, Smiling Tiger, although not a Washington-bred, was purchased at the 2008 Washington September sale.

Day 1 BC @EMD
Atta Boy Roy seemed to get a lot of talk, from what I overheard by the locals. Everyone seems to be at least a bit excited to see him run, and represent Washington breeding.
I hope he runs well.
You can’t help but pull for the local connections.

Yes
Hey he is a Ridgling, odds on him coming to stud in the state?
I don't know if he will or not.
It would be nice if he did because the state could use some “name” stallions.
