Harbinger suffers serious injury during morning gallop

Harbinger, the runaway winner of the Group 1 King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Ascot last month, suffered a condylar fracture this morning while galloping seven furlongs at Newmarket. Harbinger's injuries are reportedly not life-threatening but he is unlikely to race again.
