Emerald Downs beings $.50 Pick 4's
Beginning with tonight's card, my home track of Emerald Downs will begin offering $.50 Pick 4s, both early and late. It's a great move for horseplayers, especially if you prefer to play a multiple ticket strategy (which a lot of us do).
