DRF.com: Similing Tiger and Unzip Me to bypass Breeders' Cup
Several days ago, reports surfaced indicating that Smiling Tiger would miss the Breeders' Cup Sprint. Those reports were confirmed today, along with the news that Unzip Me will also not travel to Kentucky.

What do all these BC defections (it seems there are 3 a day) mean to the betting line?
Good question
Things are definitely going to be shaken up.
I think the Classic will be fairly stable: Havre, Uncle Mo, Game On Dude, and Flat Out should be the top 4 betting interests. Although who knows what people will decide to do with the two Euros (if they both go in the Classic).
Smiling Tiger would have been top 5 in in the sprint.
The pre-entries will be out tomorrow morning (10am), so we’ll have a little better idea as to how the fields are going to shape up.
