Fourth of July 2011 Weekend Stakes Schedule

PrintHappy Fourth of July Weekend to those of you in the States, and a belated Happy Canada Day to those north of the border. Sixteen graded stakes races are slated to run this weekend, with the first occurring yesterday at Woodbine (G3-Dominion Day).
The last few weekends of graded stakes action has featured a heavy dose of turf racing but this time most of the racing will occur on the main track, including the Grade 1 Triple Bend Handicap at Hollywood and the Grade 2 Dwyer and Suburban Stakes at Belmont Park.
Below is a snapshot of all the graded stakes races, along with a few of the listed event taking place this weekend.

The 4th
going to spend my 4th out at EMD races 6-9 all fun races, wish 7,8,9 had a couple more entries in them though, bigger fields will be nice.
Looks like a decent card for Monday...
And a couple of juvenile stakes. Hopefully the weather will hold through the Fourth.

I knew Hilda’s passion could be beat and included Tamerind Hall. Liked the 6-8-13 in the last at Belmont but left the 8 out as I wanted to keep the ticket at 24 bucks.
Glad I saved those 12 bucks and threw 5 grand out the window.
