Weekend Stakes Results: Trio Of Graded Stakes At "Downs After Dark"

A fairly light stakes schedule this weekend as we prepare for a big weekend of action at Belmont in just a week. Woodbine will feature the Woodbine Oaks and the Plate Trial on Sunday afternoon, while Churchill Downs offers a trio of Grade 3 races on their "Downs After Dark" card tonight. First post at Churchill Downs is 6:00pm Eastern/3:00pm Pacific today.

There is a big carryover ($600k) in the Jackpot Hi-5 at Arlington Park in Race 11, and I know at least one of our faithful readers will be taking a shot at the prize today. The whole pool only pays out if there is a single winner, otherwise 20% go to the winners with 80% carrying over to the next day.

Below are the running results for this weekend's top stakes action.
