The press conference with Doug O'Neill about the scratch of I'll Have Another from the 2012 Belmont Stakes, ending his chance at the Triple Crown, is about to go live on NBC Sports Network. What we already know: I'll Have Another is out of the Belmont due to an apparent injury to the tendon on his left front leg. According to the DRF, recovery from the injury is expected to take a minimum of three months. It is uncertain whether the horse will race again but O'Neill told Dan Patrick on his radio show that he feels it's unlikely that the horse will return to the races.
