NY Court Upholds Dutrow License Revocation

The Appellate Division in NY upholds Dutrow's 10-year suspension. He can appeal to the Court of Appeals (the highest appellate court in NY) and can still train until his appeals are exhausted, according to New York Daily News' Jerry Bossert.
