Churchill Opens New Simulcast Facility

Called Parlay, the new facility is in the old administrative offices as you go in Gate 1. I kinda liked the old setup, but that facility is right where the casino annex is built, so I'm sure Churchill is trying to deconflict their space and traffic flow inside the track.
