Mr. Plow

Memo to the City of Seattle:

It the last century there have been great advances in the area of snow and ice removal. Among those advances are the breakthrough technologies of:

A) Snow plows
B) Salt
C) Sand

I can understand not wanting to spend a lot of money on plows considering how little snowfall Seattle receives on an annual basis. But can we at least spread a little salt or sand on the icy bridges and overpasses? Is that too much to ask?
