Fountain of Youth Stakes: To Honor and Serve leads a field of eight (Updated w/ML Odds)

To Honor and Serve, the winner of the Grade 2 Remsen Stakes at Aqueduct this past November and one of the leading contenders for the 2011 Kentucky Derby, will make this three-year-old debut in the Grade 2 Fountain of Youth Stakes on Saturday at Gulfstream Park.  Post time for the Fountain of Youth is scheduled for 5:25 Eastern time.  You can find the entries and post positions for the race below.

Notable horses joining To Honor and Serve in the Fountain of Youth are Soldat (2nd in the BC Juvenile Turf behind Pluck) and Gourmet Dinner (winner of the Delta Downs Jackpot).
