The weather at Belmont Park looks simply perfect for a day of racing. The main track is FAST, the turf course is FIRM, and we're ready to witness history, or another Triple Crown disappointment. First post at Belmont is 11:35 am Eastern, an 8:35 am "Breakfast Special" for those of us out here on the West Coast. Today's Belmont Stakes will go to post at 6:52 pm Eastern time with television coverage on NBC, as usual.

6-Central Banker is out of Race 9 - G1-Met Mile
Advance wagering on the Belmont Stakes opened on Friday afternoon; with only $64,000 in the win pool, the odds are pretty much useless. But, hey, let's take a look anyway! California Chrome's is now 1/2, right around his ML price. Commanding Curve's odds were cut to 6/1, Wicked Strong drifted up to 8/1, and Tonalist drifted up to 13/1. And all this will change when millions of dollars are wagered into the pool this afternoon. So, yeah.
